Job Summary
The Delivery Specialist will operate store vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently, collect payment on C.O.D. deliveries, and manage customer returns. Responsibilities include processing deliveries using management hand-held devices, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and security, and reporting any vehicle issues. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, the ability to adapt to changing situations, and meet driving eligibility requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
