Job Summary
The Delivery Specialist is responsible for maintaining and operating store vehicles to safely and efficiently deliver parts and products to professional customers, as well as collecting payments on C.O.D. deliveries and handling customer returns. This role involves using delivery management devices, conducting vehicle inspections, keeping vehicles secure, and communicating any customer-related issues to management. Required skills include strong interpersonal communication, the ability to adapt to changing situations, and a valid driver's license meeting company standards.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet company standards
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts

- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
