Job Summary
The Delivery Specialist will operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to professional customers safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include using delivery fleet management devices, collecting money on C.O.D. deliveries, keeping vehicles clean and maintained, and performing daily vehicle inspections. The role involves effectively communicating customer needs, assisting with customer service tasks, and handling core returns. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, meet driving eligibility requirements, and adapt to changing situations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
