Job Summary
The Delivery Specialist will operate store vehicles to deliver parts and products to professional customers safely and efficiently, ensure proper handling and security of delivery items, and assist with customer returns. Responsibilities include using delivery fleet management devices, keeping vehicles clean and maintained, picking up returns, reporting vehicle issues, and supporting various general duties as needed. Ideal candidates will possess interpersonal communication skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
