Job Summary
The Delivery Specialist will operate store vehicles to safely deliver parts and products to customers, perform C.O.D. deliveries, and handle customer returns while maintaining the cleanliness of vehicles. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to adapt to dynamic delivery scenarios. Responsibilities include using delivery management devices, conducting vehicle inspections, and supporting general store operations such as customer service and merchandising.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
