Job Summary
Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles delivering parts and products to professional customers, collect money on COD deliveries, pick up customer returns, and perform related duties including customer service, vehicle inspections, and merchandising. Responsibilities include using fleet management handheld devices to process deliveries, capturing signatures, maintaining security of vehicles and monies, reporting maintenance needs, and assisting with cashiering and stocking as needed. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; fluency in Spanish is desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
