Job Summary
Delivery Specialist will operate store vehicles to deliver parts and/or products to professional customers in a safe and efficient manner, collect money on COD deliveries, and pick up customer returns. Responsibilities include using delivery fleet management hand-held devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update mileage, conduct daily vehicle inspections, maintain secure vehicles and monies, and assist with customer service, merchandising, stocking, and related tasks. Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
