Job Summary
Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently. Use fleet management hand-held devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage, and complete daily vehicle inspections. Maintain vehicles, secure keys and fuel cards, and collect money on C.O.D. deliveries while picking up customer returns. Communicate special customer needs to store management and report any accidents or damage immediately. Clock in/out per policy and perform additional duties as assigned, including stocking, merchandising, and cashier assistance. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license
- Must meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Spanish is highly desired
