Job Summary
Delivery of parts and/or products to professional customers using company vehicles, with COD collection and customer returns. Operate fleet-handheld devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update mileage, and perform daily vehicle inspections. Maintain secure vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet credit cards, devices, and monies; collect returns and complete driver return slips. Communicate issues to store management and report vehicle maintenance or damage. Clock in/out per policy; assist customers and perform cashier/merchandising tasks as needed. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; fluency in Spanish is highly desired. Proactive, safety-conscious delivering responsibilities and strong customer service abilities are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
