Job Summary
The Delivery Specialist is responsible for operating company vehicles to deliver parts and products in a safe and efficient manner, collecting C.O.D. payments, handling customer returns, and ensuring the security and maintenance of delivery vehicles. This role requires strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to adapt to delivery situations, along with a valid state driver's license and a clean driving record. Additional duties involve customer service, stocking, and merchandising tasks as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
