Job Summary
The Delivery Specialist operates company vehicles to deliver parts and products to professional customers, ensuring safety and efficiency. Responsibilities include processing deliveries, capturing customer signatures, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and security, picking up customer returns, and communicating customer needs to management. Candidates must have strong communication skills, the ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences, and a valid state driver's license. The role may include additional duties in customer service and merchandising as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
