Job Summary
The Delivery Specialist will maintain and operate store vehicles to deliver parts and/or products to professional customers safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include operating company vehicles, managing deliveries and customer returns, ensuring vehicle cleanliness and maintenance, and using handheld devices for delivery management. Candidates must have strong communication skills, the ability to adapt to changing situations, and a valid driver's license. Additional duties may involve customer service, stocking, and merchandising tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
