Job Summary
Delivery Specialist role handling delivery of parts/products to professional customers in-store using company vehicles, including COD payments, vehicle inspections, and asset security. Responsibilities include operating delivery fleet devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, returning customer items, communicating issues to management, and assisting with cashiering, merchandising, stocking, and errands as needed. Bilingual candidates encouraged; Spanish language skills and a valid driver’s license required; strong customer service and adaptability to changing delivery scenarios are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system.
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements.
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
