Job Summary
Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner, using hand-held devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, and update mileage. Perform daily vehicle inspections, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and ensure all keys, fuel, devices, and collected monies remain secure. Collect money on C.O.D. deliveries, pick up customer returns including warranties and cores, and communicate special needs to store management. Report any accidents, damage, or maintenance issues immediately. Clock in/out per policy and perform assigned tasks such as sweeping, stocking, merchandising, and cashier duties. Requires a valid state driver's license, strong communication skills, and ability to adapt to changing situations. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired. - Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license
- Meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Spanish is highly desired
