Job Summary
Delivery Specialist to operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to professional customers in a safe and efficient manner, collect money on COD deliveries, and pick up customer returns. Responsibilities include using delivery fleet management handheld devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update vehicle mileage, and complete daily vehicle inspections; keeping vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet credit cards, devices, and monies secure; assisting with returns, customer service, cashiering, stocking, and merchandising as needed. Emphasis on safety, accuracy, and excellent customer communication. GEARED for bilingual capability and strong adaptability to changing delivery scenarios. Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
