Job Summary
Delivery Specialist will operate store vehicles to deliver parts and/or products to professional customers, collect COD payments, pick up customer returns, and assist with cashiering/merchandising as needed. Responsibilities include processing deliveries with fleet-management devices, capturing customer signatures, updating mileage, performing daily vehicle inspections, securing vehicles and related assets (keys, fuel cards, money), handling returns (new, warranty, cores), communicating issues to management, and performing related duties such as stocking and customer service as needed. Bilingual candidates encouraged; Spanish language skills are highly desired.
