Job Summary
Ensure pre-delivery is properly performed and the vehicle is ready for the guest. Master all vehicle product knowledge, including features, smartphone applications, and available resources, prior to delivery. Set proper expectations for the length of delivery and personalize the experience to the customer's needs. Oversee the guest's first interaction with their new car while utilizing all resources and applications to support product information. Maintain a collection of product information and resources to assist in explanations and provide a smooth transition for future information or concern resolution. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Deliver an exceptional Lexus experience throughout the process.
