Delivery Specialist (Implementation - Travel)

Delivery Specialist (Implementation - Travel) will provide advanced support, manage complex requests, and ensure seamless implementation of services. Acts as project point of contact for assigned customer projects, coordinating timelines with stakeholders and ensuring timely execution. Manages end-to-end service readiness, including ordering (GOT), go-to-market strategies, pricing, and billing; identifies opportunities for professional services to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue. Delivers training to internal members, shares knowledge, and helps standardize documentation. Requires strong incident, problem, and service request management knowledge; experience in content management and security, or in implementation teams; airline/travel industry exposure with Amadeus/GDS is a plus. Prefers ITIL Foundations or SAFe; strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills; excellent communication and customer service abilities. Open to a hybrid work setup (2-3 days onsite) in Taguig, Philippines, with flexibility to handle multiple shifts including weekends.
