Job Summary
Drive company vehicles to deliver parts and products to O'Reilly stores and distribution centers, picking up stock transfers and signing for deliveries at each stop. Maintain daily city route manifests, check fluid levels and log mileage before operating, and report vehicle maintenance needs immediately. Ensure designated team members verify invoices and sign manifests, while communicating store problems or special needs to management. Clock in/out per policy, fill fuel tanks, and secure the vehicle at day's end. Deliveries must follow set schedules with delays reported to supervisors. Maintain a professional image and drive safely and defensively. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Must have legal required state driver's license
- meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
