Job Summary
Deliver parts and products to O'Reilly stores and distribution centers while maintaining daily city route manifests. Drive company vehicles safely, performing pre-trip checks including fluid levels and logging mileage before operating. Pick up stock transfers, sign for deliveries, and ensure designated team members verify invoices at each stop. Report vehicle maintenance needs and delivery delays immediately to supervisors, and secure the vehicle with fuel topped off at the end of each shift. Maintain a professional image to support customer relations and communicate special needs from stores to management. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Legal required state driver's license
- Meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
