Job Summary
Drive company vehicles to deliver parts and products to O'Reilly stores and distribution centers, maintaining daily city route manifests and verifying invoices with designated team members. Pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop, ensuring all deliveries follow the set schedule while reporting any delays to supervisors. Secure the fleet, fuel card, and keys at the end of each day, checking fluid levels and logging mileage before operating. Project a professional image to maintain good customer relations and communicate store-specific problems to management. Maintain a clean driving record and adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
Required Qualifications
- Legal required state driver's license
- Meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
