Job Summary
Drive company vehicles to deliver parts and products to O'Reilly stores and distribution centers, picking up stock transfers and signing for each stop. Maintain daily route manifests, check fluid levels, and log mileage before operating, reporting maintenance needs immediately. Ensure designated team members verify invoices, communicate store problems to management, and clock in/out per policy. Drive defensively, secure the vehicle at day's end, and report delays to supervisors. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired. Required Qualifications
- legal required state driver's license
- meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
