Job Summary
Drive company vehicles to deliver parts and products to O'Reilly stores and distribution centers, picking up stock transfers and signing for each stop. Maintain daily city route manifests, ensure designated team members verify invoices, and report any delays to supervisors. Perform pre-operational checks including fluid levels and mileage logging, then fill fuel tanks and secure the vehicle at day's end. Communicate special store needs to management and project a professional image to maintain customer relations. A valid state driver's license and clean driving record are required, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- legal required state driver's license
- meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
