Job Summary
Welcome and engage customers in person, over the phone, and by email to build superior sales experiences. Support retail operations through merchandising and store maintenance, while delivering products to customers' homes with best-in-class service. Perform general maintenance on the truck and around the store daily. Coordinate and finalize paperwork with customers onsite, providing exceptional service throughout the moving process and addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction. Requires a full class driver's license, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and strong communication skills. Earn $20.00 - $21.00/hour CAD plus monthly bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Full class driver's license with a driver's abstract in good standing
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move large home goods
- Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction
- Some experience in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, driving history)
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check
- Must successfully pass a credit check
- Must successfully pass validation of work experience
