Job Summary
Deliver merchandise safely, professionally, and on schedule while inspecting items for cleanliness and functionality before transport. Load, secure, and unload products in vehicles, then install and demonstrate usage to customers during every interaction. Perform routine service calls, handle product exchanges, and assist with returns by cleaning and certifying items in the Quality Assurance Center. Maintain showroom floors and warehouse organization, support occasional collections efforts, and participate in field marketing and community outreach. Requires a valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, ability to lift heavy loads, and proficiency with electronic products.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Able to safely lift, load, and dolly heavy merchandise
- Able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- A valid driver's license
- Satisfactory driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Ability to pass an agility test
- Ability to pass a DOT physical
