Job Summary
The Delivery Specialist operates company vehicles to safely and efficiently deliver automotive parts and products to customers. Responsibilities include maintaining delivery vehicles, collecting payments, processing deliveries using handheld devices, and reporting any vehicle maintenance needs. Candidates must have strong communication skills, a solid driving record, and a valid state driver's license. Additional duties may involve customer service and merchandising tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
