Job Summary
Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely, capturing signatures and updating mileage via hand-held devices. Maintain vehicles by completing daily inspections, ensuring cleanliness, and securing keys, fuel, and collected monies. Pick up customer returns and fill out driver slips, while communicating special needs to store management and reporting accidents or damage immediately. Clock in/out per policy and perform assigned duties such as sweeping, stocking, merchandising, and assisting customers as needed. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license
- Must meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Spanish is highly desired
