Job Summary
Delivery Solutions Architect at Databricks combining post-sale technical leadership with commercial execution. You will act as the primary technical and strategic lead across assigned customer use cases, driving onboarding, enablement, and healthy consumption of Databricks workloads. Collaborate with sales, field engineering, Professional Services, and internal teams to accelerate adoption, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and create and execute plans to move use cases from win to production. You’ll own executive-level communications, KPI updates, and ROI realization while shaping product adoption and growth strategies across complex enterprise customers. The role requires balancing deep technical credibility with strong stakeholder management, open-ended discovery, and the ability to articulate business value and outcomes tied to specific projects. Requires 5+ years of delivery experience in Data and AI, programming experience in Python/SQL/Scala, and willingness to travel up to 30%. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; hybrid work arrangement in Vancouver, BC with some travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience through work experience
- 5+ years of experience accountable for technical project/program delivery in Data and AI
- Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala
- Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role
- Understanding of distributed data systems and ability to articulate business value and outcomes
- Technical program or project management experience including stakeholder management
- Experience resolving escalations with senior customer executives
- Open-ended discovery workshops, strategic roadmaps, and delivery of complex programs/projects
- Track record of overachievement against quota or goals
- Ability to travel up to 30%
