Delivery Service Driver

Delivery Service Driver responsible for safe, timely delivery of products and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include package scanning and delivery/pickup with proof of deliveries, adhering to safety driving standards and vehicle inspections, loading/unloading and securing merchandise, and contributing ideas for delivery experience improvements. The role may involve lead generation to support sales opportunities and communicating customer feedback to sales or supervisory staff. Requires the ability to operate scanners and GPS routing, use pallet jacks/hand trucks/forklifts as needed, and withstand varied weather and physical lifting demands. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with two years of commercial driving experience preferred; a valid driver’s license is required and a Class B CDL may be necessary based on vehicle weight, along with DOT qualifications.
