Delivery Recruitment Consultant

Develop and manage a candidate portfolio across diverse vertical markets while sourcing, qualifying, and submitting candidates based on client requirements and deadlines. Manage advertising responses, provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates, and arrange interviews by preparing candidates and incorporating client and candidate feedback. Identify new business sales leads for the team and maintain relationships with both registered and placed candidates through placement administration and after-care meetings. Coordinate post-assignment activity, including compliance and ad hoc administration.
