Job Summary
Data Entry Operator within the GLI QA team will enter and edit complex information from internal and external sources, maintain knowledge of GLI products/services and certification processes, update database records, create projects in the Submissions Database, operate peripheral equipment and run verification programs, process reports, assist in resolving database issues, and support daily QA duties to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of certification-related documentation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency
- Minimum 1-2 years of related experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle and organize multiple projects and deadlines
- Attention to quality, details, and correctness
- May be required to obtain a gaming license in applicable jurisdictions
