Job Summary
Safely drive a propane delivery vehicle to customer locations while achieving delivery objectives set by the local District Manager. Inspect the vehicle daily and report issues per company policy and DOT regulations. The role demands a positive attitude towards safety, sales, customer service, and teamwork. Candidates must hold a CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements and exhibit excellent customer service skills along with the ability to work effectively in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with Hazmat endorsement
- Minimum 2-year CDL license
- CDL Hazmat, tanker, and air brakes endorsements required
- Ability to pass pre-employment DOT physical, drug test and Homeland Security Background Check
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with existing and potential customers
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather and driving conditions
- Employee must be capable of frequently lifting cylinders weighing 40-50 pounds

- Prior gas delivery experience helpful
