Job Summary
Manage delivery of digital transformation initiatives across Cards, Payments, Accounts (Servicing), or Security/Authentication workstreams while coordinating cross-functional teams to execute digital journey delivery on schedule. Track and report delivery progress, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders, ensuring quality and alignment with transformation objectives across complex, global engagements. Requires 8–12 years of overall experience with mandatory 5 years in BFSI. Immediate joiners preferred; candidates with a 30-day notice period or less will be considered.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of overall relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience
- Immediate joiners
- Notice period of up to 30 days maximum
- Digital transformation delivery experience on complex global engagements
- Exposure to at least 1–2 of: Cards, Payments, Accounts (Servicing), Security/Authentication
Desired Qualifications
- Deliver projects in one or two of the following areas: Cards, Payments, Accounts (Servicing), or Security/Authentication
- Contact Centre experience
