Job Summary
Lead deployments of MOM, PDM, and ERP subsystems across Boeing program sites, coordinating cross-functional fusion teams, vendors, and system integrators to meet milestones. Define scope, risks, issues, and change control; facilitate requirements handoffs, integration points, acceptance testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live support. Ensure data quality, traceability, and governance during migration; coordinate business change management activities including training plans, communications, user adoption strategies, and super-user networks. Assess organizational readiness, design go-live support models, and produce role-based training materials. Maintain stakeholder communications across engineering, manufacturing, IT, and leadership; report KPIs and lessons learned; travel as required for planning, cutover, and stabilization. Requires active security clearance (Top Secret), COI considerations, and no visa sponsorship; relocation not negotiable; clear path to deployment success with a focus on data migration, governance, and enterprise system integrations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams
- 5+ years of project management experience
- 1+ years of change management experience
- Experience deploying MOM/PDM/ERP subsystems
- Ability to travel to program sites
- Tier 5 Investigation/SSBI within last 5 years or in Continuous Vetting within last 5 years
