Job Summary
Manage end-to-end delivery for Capital Markets & Trading transformation initiatives by applying Agile/PI planning practices to structure and track delivery. Coordinate across business, technology, and operations stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle while supporting governance, risk tracking, and reporting using Jira and Confluence. Bring banking or capital markets domain context to delivery planning and prioritization decisions. Immediate joiners strongly preferred; candidates with a notice period up to 30 days will be considered. Full-time permanent engagement with locations including Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of overall relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience
- Immediate joiners
- Notice period of up to 30 days maximum
- Strong core PM skills
- Hands-on Agile/PI planning experience
- Banking domain exposure
