Job Summary
Delivery Project Manager to lead the design, procurement, and construction delivery of industrial buildings and external works at Sizewell C. Own the full project lifecycle to ensure safety, on-time delivery, on-budget performance, and quality. Lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage procurement strategies, tendering, and contract delivery. Oversee contractor performance, ensure designs are buildable and cost-effective, coordinate interfaces with suppliers and contractors, manage large-scale industrial construction including buildings and external works, and lead risk, change, and budget management with stakeholder engagement across internal and external parties.
Required Qualifications
- Degree-qualified
- Proven experience delivering large industrial or logistics facilities
- Experience with Design & Build contract procurement and delivery
- Experience across design, procurement, and construction phases
- Knowledge of structural steel, heavy-duty slabs, and external works
- Experience managing contractors in complex, regulated environments
- Strong understanding of cost, programme, risk, and change control
- Familiarity with NEC and/or FIDIC contracts
Desired Qualifications
- Chartered professional (preferred)
- Experience in nuclear or highly regulated sectors
- Knowledge of NEC and/or FIDIC contracts
- Degree-qualified in a relevant field
