Job Summary
Delivery Process Engineer - Independent Engineering Advisory Services / Program Governance role supporting Energy Dominance Financing (EDF) for DOE/LPO. Responsibilities include independent engineering advisory work such as technical due diligence, credit evaluation, lifecycle monitoring, risk assessment, and creation of defensible work products (process maps, stage-gate controls, deliverable templates, workflow metrics) with cross-functional coordination across engineering, finance, legal, construction, operations, environmental, and HSE. Requires 10+ years of engineering/energy infrastructure advisory experience and a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; professional credentials (PE, PMP, CSP, API, NACE/AMPP, PMI) preferred. Posts remote nationwide with on-site meetings in CONUS and a DC-area initial work site address; remote project support across the United States.
