Delivery Partner responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Magnit’s products/services, coordinating with vendors and client hiring managers, maintaining SOPs, and ensuring timely fulfillment of client requirements. Responsibilities include handling payroll and staffing desk operations, conducting screenings/orientation, addressing employee relations issues, escalating serious matters, and facilitating requisitions with staffing vendors. Requires experience with MSP/client services, staffing/recruitment lifecycle, VMS platforms (e.g., Magnit VMS, Fieldglass, Beeline), and strong MS Office skills. Hybrid onsite/remote schedule in Newport News, VA with 2-3 days onsite and remote/WSH options, and a salary range of $55,000–$65,000 USD annually. Education and experience requirements include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3+ years in MSP/client services or full-cycle recruitment.
