Job Summary
Establish strong, trusted relationships with clients by articulating solutions for complex services and leading billable client activities within your specialized area of practice. Manage and govern large business-to-business multi-year service contracts while maintaining customer governance and financial prosperity for engagements directly under your management. Represent seamless customer solutions by integrating multiple service areas and acting as a trusted advisor to recognize business needs and drive revenue-expanding wins. This full-time, permanent role requires bilingual English and French skills and is located in a hybrid model in Montreal, QC. The position offers a salary range of $200,000 to $250,000 plus bonus and benefits, with an immediate start date. Candidates will join a diverse team of industry experts at Software International, contributing to Sector, Solution, and Community initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 15 years of experience in IT service or project delivery
- Experience working with customers at C - Level
- Ability to team effectively across a large organization to bring together high performing cross functional teams to deliver services for customers
- Ability to represent a seamless customer solution by integrating multiple service areas
- Ability to manage and govern large business-to-business multi-year service contracts
- Ability to become a customer trusted advisor who can recognize business needs and follow through to revenue expanding wins
- In-depth knowledge of business controls and cost accounting with ability to manage a large contract P&L
