Delivery Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate administrative responsibilities at the delivery center, monitoring pipeline flow and appointment calendars to ensure an accurate and efficient delivery process. Prepare, print, and process delivery documents accurately while working cross-functionally with sales operations to verify orders, contracts, and registration documents. Record information to ensure data quality and coordinate vehicle shipment and prep with service and logistics departments. Develop and implement best practices to provide a superior ownership experience. Requires excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail within a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work a flexible schedule is essential. Valid driver license and at least three years of relevant experience are required.
