Job Summary
Delivery Operations Senior Analyst responsible for planning and event management, implementing projects and tailored training sessions, and maintaining client relationships with ongoing stakeholder support. Core duties include Learning Event Planning and Delivery Support, Relationship Management, Financial and Materials Management, Talent Development through training and mentoring, and performance management. Responsibilities also encompass Train-the-Trainer and Train-the-Backbone sessions, LMS coordination, demand planning with country stakeholders, data analysis, budgeting and cost management, and driving learning solutions with Gen AI experience to upskill facilitators and improve session outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of training experience
- Minimum of 1 year of client relationship management
- Minimum of 1 year of scope management
- 4-6 years business experience with similar background
- Gen AI experience
