Job Summary
Lead strategic development and ongoing operation of Recruitment services under the client account, managing workforce planning, sourcing, screening, and onboarding activities. Oversee day-to-day recruitment operations including RPO delivery, SLA/KPI tracking, and operational governance while maintaining strong client interactions and issue resolution. Mentor and manage a team of recruiters, deploy process improvement initiatives, and utilize reporting tools to analyze performance and drive continuous improvement. Ensure end-to-end hiring process engagement with hiring managers and candidates, address team performance issues, and maintain accurate recruitment dashboards. Manage HR budgets, vendor relationships, and service management activities to meet contractual metrics. Requires 10-14 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment delivery and knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruiting.

- Relevant years
- End-to-end recruitment delivery (workforce planning, sourcing, screening, onboarding)
- RPO or managed services recruitment models
- SLA / KPI management and recruitment reporting
- Team handling and day-to-day operational oversight
- Client interaction and issue resolution
- Exposure to Australian recruitment processes especially in airline industry is mandatory
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruiting module
- Recruitment service delivery and RPO operations
- SLA / KPI tracking and operational governance
- Team mentoring and performance management
- Client interaction and issue resolution
- Recruitment analytics and dashboard reporting
- Process optimization and continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills with professional, error-free language
- Ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders
- Clear articulation during operational and governance discussions
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Job Boards, HCM platforms
- Must be open to Australian shift timings: (9 am to 5 pm) Australian time
