Job Summary
The Delivery Merchandiser will merchandise retail accounts by filling, rotating, and stocking products in cold vaults, shelves, and displays; move stock from pallets to coolers using a hand truck; maintain backroom coolers; and maintain professional behavior with accounts. Requires strong communication and customer-service skills, ability to work independently, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs (up to 165 lbs with assistance). Must have a valid driver’s license (minimum 60 months) and be proficient with delivery software and pricing/invoicing concepts. Includes a transitional program to develop into a Sales role and participation in team meetings and development programs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 60 months
- Driving record free of significant violations
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and understand merchandise pricing and invoicing
- Excellent computer skills in all applicable programs
- Ability to move product from pallets to cooler to stock using a hand truck
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and up to 165 pounds with hand truck
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to meet physical demands
- Willingness to work quickly to keep within assigned hours
