Delivery Medical Associate (Med Delivery)

Job Summary
Conduct daily deliveries of durable medical equipment to healthcare facilities and patient residences within the designated service area. Safely operate a delivery vehicle while loading, unloading, securing, and installing equipment at ALFs, ILFs, and homes. Verify condition upon delivery and return, provide basic usage instructions to clients, and coordinate with dispatch for schedules. Plan optimized routes, maintain accurate delivery records with signatures, and address customer inquiries professionally. Full-time, salary-based role (8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday) with vehicle allowance. Valid driver's license and ability to lift heavy equipment required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the delivery of medical equipment
- Familiarity with basic maintenance tasks for delivery vehicles
- Basic computer knowledge
