Job Summary
Operate a delivery vehicle to transport durable medical equipment to healthcare facilities and patient residences while adhering to all traffic laws. Load and unload equipment, secure it properly, and verify its condition upon delivery and return. Install and set up medical devices at facilities and homes, ensuring proper functioning and providing basic usage instructions to clients. Plan and optimize delivery routes, coordinate schedules with dispatch, and maintain accurate records including signatures and delivery times. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and fostering a cooperative work environment. This full-time, salary-based role (8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday) supports a leading physician group serving South Carolina and Georgia, offering vehicle allowance and career development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, etc.
