Job Summary
Operate a delivery vehicle to transport durable medical equipment to healthcare facilities and patient residences while adhering to all traffic laws. Load and unload equipment, secure it properly, and verify its condition upon delivery and return. Install and set up devices, provide basic usage instructions to clients, and address inquiries professionally. Coordinate with the dispatch team for schedules, optimize routes for efficiency, and maintain accurate delivery records including signatures and documentation. Deliver service within the [LOCATION] area from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a vehicle allowance and flexible travel requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the delivery of medical equipment is a plus
