Delivery Medical Associate (Med Delivery)

Job Summary
Conduct safe and efficient transportation of durable medical equipment to healthcare facilities and patient residences within the designated service area. Load and unload equipment, verify and document its condition upon delivery and return, and install devices at facilities and homes. Provide basic instructions to clients on initial use and proper care, while addressing inquiries professionally. Coordinate with the dispatch team for schedules, plan optimized delivery routes, and maintain accurate records including signatures and delivery times. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and communicate effectively
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
- Team player with ability to manage multiple responsibilities and demonstrate sound judgment
- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, etc.
