Job Summary
Drive a delivery vehicle to transport durable medical equipment to healthcare facilities and patient residences in the [LOCATION] area. Safely operate the vehicle, adhere to traffic laws, and load/unload equipment while ensuring it is secured properly. Verify and document equipment condition upon delivery and return, then install, set up, and instruct clients on the proper use of the delivered devices. Coordinate with dispatch for schedules, optimize routes for efficiency, and maintain accurate delivery records. Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries professionally. Full-time, salary-based position (8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday) with a vehicle allowance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and communicate effectively
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
- Team player with ability to manage multiple responsibilities and demonstrate sound judgment
- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, etc.
