Delivery Medical Associate (Med Delivery)

Job Summary
Conduct daily deliveries of durable medical equipment to healthcare facilities and patient residences within the [LOCATION] area. Safely operate a delivery vehicle, load and unload equipment, and secure items to prevent transit damage. Verify and document equipment condition upon delivery and return, then install and set up devices at facilities and homes. Provide basic instructions to clients on initial use and proper care, while addressing inquiries professionally. Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely arrivals, coordinate with dispatch for schedules, and maintain accurate delivery records including signatures and times. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the delivery of medical equipment
- Familiarity with basic maintenance tasks for delivery vehicles
- Basic computer knowledge
