Job Summary
Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport durable medical equipment to healthcare facilities and patient residences in the designated service area. Load and unload equipment, secure it properly, and verify its condition upon delivery and return. Install and set up devices at facilities and homes, ensuring proper functioning while providing basic usage instructions to clients. Coordinate with the dispatch team for schedules, optimize delivery routes, and maintain accurate records including signatures and documentation. Adhere to all traffic laws and provide excellent customer service while addressing inquiries professionally.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the delivery of medical equipment
- Familiarity with basic maintenance tasks for delivery vehicles
- Basic computer knowledge
